Kevin Conway is an EMCC Certified Executive Coach.

Qualifications & Background

Kevin holds Professional Diplomas in both Leadership Development and Business and Executive Coaching from Smurfit Business School Dublin, one of the top-ranking business schools in Europe.

Kevin holds a first-class honours degree in Information Technology from Dublin Institute of Technology and a Master’s degree in Digital Investigations and Forensic Computing from University College Dublin.

Experience

Kevin has participated in the workforce since the age of 18, serving an apprenticeship as a welder before moving into IT, Management and Data Analytics, eventually serving as a senior manager in the Civil Service.

After a career break to raise his two sons, Kevin pivoted to Executive Coaching, helping employees in the public and private sectors become realigned within their workplace.
