Qualifications & Background

Kevin holds Professional Diplomas in both Leadership Development and Business and Executive Coaching from Smurfit Business School Dublin, one of the top-ranking business schools in Europe.

Kevin holds a first-class honours degree in Information Technology from Dublin Institute of Technology and a Master’s degree in Digital Investigations and Forensic Computing from University College Dublin.

After a career break to raise his two sons, Kevin pivoted to Coaching, providing Executive, Life and Leadership Coaching in South Dublin and Ireland.

Experience

Kevin has participated in the workforce since the age of 18, serving an apprenticeship as a welder before moving into IT, Management and Data Analytics, eventually serving as a senior manager in the Civil Service.

Kevin knows what it’s like to work until your bones ache, to navigate "rough and ready" environments, and to wonder if the house and the lifestyle you want are forever out of reach. He didn't just study human behaviour in a textbook; he lived it alongside the best and worst of people on the front lines of industry. When he says he understands your struggle, it isn’t a coaching platitude, it’s a lived reality.

The Ambition to Climb

Kevin is a believer in the climb. He spent six years in night school while working full-time to earn his Degree in IT and his Master’s in Digital Forensics. He navigated the complexities of the Civil Service, rising to the level of Assistant Principal Officer. He is a capitalist who understands that money and freedom are the twin engines of a satisfying life.

He knows that ambition is a virtue, and that using your talents to get ahead is the most honourable thing you can do for yourself and your family.
