A six session external coaching partnership.

Designed to restore Management Headspace and provide employees with a clear, supported choice to evolve their professional impact.

Challenging employees are often using a set of behaviours that worked for them in a previous setting.

These behaviours are called scripts – default, familiar reactions that we believe ensure our safety and well-being.

When these scripts are not suited to our work environment, we find that our supposed safe port becomes a stormy harbour.

But we are unable to change within the environment because we do not have the mental bandwidth to simultaneously fight and self-reflect.

My coaching provides this space.

What our sessions will cover:

The Behavioural Mirror: I help the employee see how their current survival mechanisms are actively destroying their professional reputation.

The Personal Cost Audit: We move the conversation from "the manager is mean" to "this behaviour is failing you and costing you."

The Rules of the Game: We explore the unspoken and spoken rules of their workplace and how to navigate these without feeling that they are losing track of themselves.

The Choice: Ultimately, the employee is free to choose action or inaction. These sessions will help get them to a place where this is possible, on their own terms.

Most employees have a lot to offer. Some do not know or have not learned to how give their best by simply doing a great job in their work, believing that they have to be more.

This is often where the negative disruption begins.

And this is what my service aims to resolve.
